HOW TO BOOK OUR VILLA-BASED TOUR.

✔ We now have a new 3-point Guarantee policy in place: Full Credits, Full Flexibility & Full Transferability. So you can be confident that if travel restrictions, to France, are put in place within 21 days of your tour start dates, that you won't lose out.

B&B and Villa Provence Bike Tour AVAILABILITIES: 2026 Dates

Step 2. Once we have received your booking confirmation, we will email you a Pre reservation form, deposit payment information and a link to our terms & conditions.
A deposit of €350 per person is required to book your tour. Payment is via PayPal (we offer to cover 2% of the 4% payment fee – this is added to your bill), Wise - previously TransferWise - (reduced transfer and exchange rate fees) or bank transfer (fees tend to vary from no charge to €30 – dependent on your bank) or a French euro cheque (free of charge).
Sending your deposit means that you accept our terms and conditions.

And remember you can book with us with confidence with our 3-point Guarantee Policy:
Full Credits: If your local Gov’t will not let you travel to France, or the French Gov’t will not let you enter France, within 21 days prior to your tour start dates, then we will provide you with a Full Credit for any payments made.
Full Flexibility: Any credits made by us, will be on an open-ended basis, allowing you to use them for any future tour date of your choosing and convenience. There is no short “use by date” or admin fees.
Full Transferability: You also have the choice to pass your full credit onto a friend or family member, without admin fees either…

Step 3. On reception of your deposit we will send you your Deposit Receipt, Reservation Confirmation Form, A list of the equipment you should bring for a happy biking experience, some "being bike fit" advice for you holiday and some useful tour information.

Step 4. Three months prior to your tour start date we will send you a reminder regarding the balance payment for your tour. We will also send a list of information that we need in order for your stay to run smoothly: bike measurements, mobile phone numbers, train/plane arrival times etc.
We will also ask you for your written (typed) acceptance of our terms and conditions (to be emailed back to us), with the signing (by the main contact) of the terms & conditions it is understood that all members of the party accept the terms of conditions.
For holidays starting less than 3 months before the planned start date, we ask that you make the total payment at the time of booking. You have 7 days (from us sending the booking form) for us to receive your booking confirmation and payment. If we do not receive it within these 7 days we will consider you are no longer interested in the holiday and those dates may be released for sale.

Step 5. On reception of your balance payment we send you a receipt.
