B&B and Villa Provence Bike Tour AVAILABILITIES: 2026 Dates

Prices are per person, based on 2 sharing a room, subject to changes.
Single occupancy surcharge per 6-night tour is 800 € in 2026.
For electric, carbon road bike or tandem rental, please add per person for your stay : €208 for 2026.

American Dollar: 1€ = $1.03 (Thus a 6 night tour ranges from $1,585 to $1,763 depending on room booked)
Australian Dollar: 1€ = $1.67 (Thus a 6 night tour ranges from $2,574 to $2,862 depending on room booked)
Canadian Dollar: 1€ = $1.50 (Thus a 6 night tour ranges from $2,324 to $2,585 depending on room booked)
New Zealand Dollar: 1€ = $1.84 (Thus a 6 night tour ranges from $2,845 to $3,163 depending on room booked)

How to make a booking :

On confirmation of your booking request we will send you a pre reservation form for you to check - these dates are then held temporarily for you. We will also send you details regarding the €200 per person deposit that we require to secure your booking. You are also supplied with a link to our terms and conditions for you to check. Sending your deposit acknowledges your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

And if you are concerned that the travelling situation might deteriorate, remember that you can book with us with confidence with our Guarantee Policy:
Full Credits: If your local Gov’t will not let you travel to France, or the French Gov’t will not let you enter France, within 21 days prior to your tour start dates, then we will provide you with a Full Credit for any payments made.
Full Flexibility: Any credits made by us, will be on an open-ended basis, allowing you to use them for any future tour date of your choosing and convenience. There is no short “use by date” or admin fees.
Full Transferability: You also have the choice to pass your full credit onto a friend or family member, without admin fees either…

On reception of your deposit we will email you a deposit receipt and your booking confirmation form, with some information for you to return to us.

We will send you a reminder for your tour balance amount 2 months prior to the start of your holiday.

Payments can be made by Wise - previously TransferWise - (usually the cheapest option), PayPal, a foreign bank transfer, or by a French Euro cheque.

Payments can be made via:

Wise, formerly branded as TransferWise (Secure internet payment).
This payment app is a great option that is usually cheaper than both PayPal and a Bank Transfer. We use it a lot, as the two main benefits are, that you will often 1, pay a smaller fee and 2, save on the exchange rates compared to those offered by your bank or by PayPal.

There are 3 main steps:
1 - Create a Wise account.
First set up an account, on your phone via your official phone app store, or on your PC via the official Wise website.

2 - Credit you Wise account with funds.
You then need to credit your Wise account, in your local currency, for example using your credit card or a bank transfer.
This, with setting up your account, can take 2 to 3 days, as there is the transfer time, and time taken for security checks.

3 - There are then 2 ways to pay Provence Cycling Holidays:
- By scanning our Provence Cycling Holidays QR code - this is simplest and fastest way, if using a smartphone or tablet.
Note - We will supply the QR code to you when we confirm your booking.
You would then scan this QR code with your phone, and it will automatically open your Wise app.
With the app open, simply enter the amount of Euros that Provence Cycling Holidays are to receive.
Please be sure to include your name & your tour date in the "description optional" field.
Then proceed to payment.

- Or by using our unique Wisetag address (which will supply to you when we confirm your booking) - This is the best method if using a PC.
Click on "Payments", then "Send". Then at the question "Where do you want to send?", type "France" in the area "Search for country/region".
Then in the field "Recipient Gets" (i.e. what Provence Cycling Holidays will receive), you enter the amount in Euros that was requested by us. You will see that this is automatically converted into an amount, in your local currency, in the field, "You Send".
Please be sure to include your name & your tour date in the "description optional" field.

Then you click on "Add Recipient", click on the next green "Add Recipient" button, then click on "Find on Wise". Here you enter our business Wisetag address (which we will supply when we confirm your booking).
Please make sure you don't use my personal Neil Robert Cowell Wisetag.
Then continue to payment.

Your local currency to € Bank transfer (a fairly simple & secure process).
You instruct your bank to convert from your local currency to the € amount (at their € exchange rate).
Your bank then transfers € to our French € account. The cost of this service ranges between free of charge and approx 30 €.
We will supply our bank details when we confirm your booking.

PayPal (Secure internet payment).
When you have confirmed your PayPal address to us, we will then send you a Payment Request for the € amount.
When you open our Payment Request, you will then be directed to the PayPal secure site for payment.
You'll either pay with your PayPal balance (if you have one) or with another payment method.
Once you have paid PayPal – PayPal will then pay us.
Note - paying via PayPal in € incurs a 4% fee – we offer to cover half of these fees – the remaining half will be included in the PayPal Payment Request that we send.
